This website provides information about Diagnex Healthcare and allows qualified medical practitioners to apply for empanelment. It is intended for referring physicians, hospitals and institutional partners.
Submitting an empanelment application is an expression of interest and a request for credential review. It does not create any binding agreement, empanelment or engagement. Any engagement follows a separate, executed agreement after review.
Where a physician extends prescribed services through Diagnex, the physician retains clinical authority and patient data access. Diagnex delivers services against the treating physician's written prescription, under documented protocols.
